In my view, scientific hypothesis should be taken care in scientific research. This is quite necessary. Every problem should be solved by certain assumptions and the problem taken is of real time problem to solve. Unless there is support scientifically, one cannot proceed or go into the problem through a defined approach.

Ideally one should have a hypothesis first and then collect data to prove or disprove it. This is typical of deductive reasoning. On the other hand one can use collected data and see if it makes any sense (inductive)

I think it depends on the field. Not all disciplines or fields and their related research require some sort of scientific hypothesis. However, scientific hypothesis are very important as they form the basis to build or test theory which eventually leads to rejection of existing theory or acceptance of it

If the study is a scientific study, then a scientific hypothesis is indispensable. Sometimes we do not state them explicitly but we always have them in mind prior to every scientific research. This is because, in science, we make an assumption, then we test whether the assumption holds true or not.

According to the scientific method in the search, the search hypothesis is important part in the scientific procedures, and give the specific direction and decision to the researcher to answer the research question, so I think that research without hypothesis will be without goals and aimless.

A hypothesis is a step in that process. Theories are used to generate hypotheses, which are then tested through observation. Perhaps some theories are so simple that they can be seen as hypotheses themselves, but really hypothesis generation is a crucial step. It cannot be ignored. As importantly, the goal is to falsify theories, not test hypotheses, which is why we shouldn't be generating a ton of hypotheses and testing them all, in an experiment.
