Can robots ultimately self-replicate, self-reflect, ask questions, and even be creative. Can machines be curious?

I think it is quite possible but not in the near future it might take 10 to 20 years to see such cases. you have mentioned in your keywords some of the related topics, you may also consider cognitive intelligence and social intelligence.
