I am trying to estimate Phytic Acid content in wheat grains. I do not want to use the Hauga and Lantzschb method. I have come across many papers citing modified wade assay based on Lorenz et al. (2007), Gao et al. (2007) and Ram et al. (2010). However all of them are based on estimation using wheat flour. Does anyone have the protocol for wheat grains? or some other protocol except Hauga and Lantzschb method
