Can anybody share their experience with flowcytrometric analysis of megakaryocytes in bone marrow samples? Types of markers you used, any set-ups you applied and also whether you used enrichment (supposed to be due to low number of cells)
I know there are research papers out there but would like to hear if there are experiences at clinical sites. This has not been ordered for a special case but is part of an online simulated training platform. Your thoughts/inputs will be helpful!

Yes, megakaryocytes can be analysed by flowcytometry. The only set up needed to run MK on flowcytometer is you should use nozzel size from 150-200 microns. I hope the article attached will be helpful in your research.
