Can I use Vybrant cell-labels with IF?

I am planning to use Vybrant cell stains with IF on adherent cell culture. I think that I need to do Vybrant staining first, and continue with fixation and IF. Is it possible? Besides, can I take images when I store the slide at +4/-20oC?
