I think the tissue soaked in trizol will have completelly lost normal architecture, phenol present in the trizol will have denturated all proteins in the tissue.

Dear Vaibhae,

As far as I know, Trizol isn't of valuable use for such application due to its tissue denaturing feature, so in your case you might need to re-collect your samples again and preserve them in paraformaldehyde.
