Cuvettes specifications
They are made of optical PS and UV grade PMMA and are equipped with optically machined walls (optical faces) to ensure optimal transparency along the spectral field from 340 to 800 nm (optical PS) and from 280 to 800 nm (UV grade PMMA).

What's the application? If it's for small, poorly scattering or low concentration samples then I'd recommend the quartz cuvettes. These would appear to be fine if they fit - do they fit in the instrument? Verify the performance with an appropriate standard (ISO 22412:2017 ~ 100 nm standard or the 60 and 220 nm that Malvern regularly uses). Check the plastic for scratches - we find some of the supplied PS cuvettes have scratches (from the mold?).

the outside dimensions and specifications appear to be OK for the Zetasizer Nano ZS90.
To check for scratches, measure clean water and compare to a "known" Malvern cuvette. (There are quite a few choices available from the malvernstore.com site). Since the ZS90 detects scattering at 90 degrees, the cuvettes must have at least three clear windows. The beam z-height in the cuvette center is slightly dependent on the refractive index of the light path inside the 12mm and that means practically, the cuvette should be clear between 8.5mm to 9.5mm from the bottom of the cuvette. For example, ultra-low volume UV Vis cuvettes made for a spectrophotometer with z-height 15mm would not work, the ones for 8.5mm z-height typically would work.

Respect to scratches, I don't have the cuvettes to verify it. I only have the manufacturer specifications because I didn't buy them yet. I suppose that scratches would not be a problem due to cuvettes are new: "They are packaged in a practical dust-proof support-container made of PE foam containing 100 cuvettes."
Cuvettes have four clear windows and meet the specifications that you say.
It seems that cuvettes would be suitable for particle size analysis.

@ Osvaldo We have many polystyrene cuvettes fresh from the sealed box with scratches... These may be suitable for some applications but not for poorly scattering materials as I indicated previously.
