Both Ago and Cao are excellent antimicrobial agents. However, using them inside the oral cavity might not be wise since they may alter the normal microbiota (flora)

Then can I use AgO,CaO as antimicrobial agents with out any alter in microbiota ( oral flora) because, I can embedded these chemicals in composites or in glass ionomer cement ? thanks very much

You can incorporate AgO and CaO in to composites or GICs, but incorporation of AgO alters the esthetics of both the materials.
In addition, nano Ag ions may not release from the composite matrix. So you cant use the conventional disk diffusion methods for testing anti microbial activity of AgO incorporated composites.

Addition of nanoAgO may impart grey color to the mentioned restorative materials. So that they may not match with the color of natural tooth.
