Hi everyone, I am wondering if I can use "all rights reserved" resources (mainly texts) extracted from the web for testing my models and then (eventually) pubblish a paper. Notice that No data would be direcltly written on the paper but it would contain only the model performances.

Generally, a fair use is any replication of copyrighted material done for a limited and “transformative” reason, such as to comment upon, condemn, or parody a copyrighted work and other copyrighted materials can be used without permission in certain educational circumstances under copyright law. Such uses can be done without permission from the copyright owner. In some circumstances using protected data under the copyright is considered as infringement of copyright act.
