If i want to use phagemid as a vector for carrying gene of intrest about 7 kb,can i use (lamda gt10) phagemid instead of using PEMBL phagemid as they both can carry the same amount of GI ? can u suggest me which one of them is efficient to use and if any advantages using the suggested one among them ??

I think you have some confusion. Lambda gt10 is not a phagemid but only a phage. Yes you can clone into it but it does not act like a plasmid.
pEMBL does not designate anything, there are pEMBL plasmids, pEMBL phagemids and and EMBL phages, so it very much depends upon what you are wanting to do.
