The answer to your question depends on several things. Probably the most important is whether the exposure to your previous survey would somehow have influenced the pilot study participants to respond differently to your final survey/interview questions. If that's a plausible possibility, then you'd be wise not to re-interview the pilot participants.

I am not sure how your components fit together. Was the pilot study part of a a larger survey research project? And where does the qualitative portion of your research fit into your overall research design?

If you frame the study the same way with both groups, you could use them the same way. If you presented the first phase as a pilot study, it would not be proper to bring them into the same data set as others who were presented a different frame. The same is true if something else in the methodology differs, e.g. incentive. However, since it's a qualitative study, you can still report findings in both groups, just explaining why they are different.

We have essentially been forced to do this many times--e.g., if our survey is a census and we wish to do a pretest, of necessity we need to contact people who would be getting the survey later. In such cases what we often do is to offer to retain their original answers, only asking them to provide updates if a question has changed or been added, or if the time period has changed. That approach helps to minimize burden on them and to get their cooperation in the pretest. David Morse and Laurie Gelb have a valid point, though. If people's prior experience might change how people respond, that is something to think about. Many of our surveys collect largely factual data for which having responded previously shouldn't change anything.

It depends on your definition and assumptions of your purposive sampling.

Based on observations from published journal articles, researchers do not use same respondents from pilot survey in the main survey. In fact the pilot study area is not included in the main survey, they are sampled from a different location. So preferably you use other respondents.

However if you have justified reason to do so you can go ahead.

Hello, in responding to your question. The respondent use in the pilot study cannot be used in the main research work because this can affect the result of the study. The reason being that, the respondent use in the pilot study would have been familiar with it.

This is not possible to interview the respondents in the Pilot study can again interview in the data collection because you have was chosen the respondents having the homogeneous or heterogeneous characteristics based on the sampling formula already.

These respondents are non-sampled and they are not come into the sampled respondents. I think it is unethical in the research

I have never seen this kind of information in any research books like Good and Hatt and Pauline V.Young, etc.

The main objective is to conduct the Pilot study for add and delete the Questions in the Interview Schedule or Questionnaire in order to improve the validity of the data collection tools.

You can not use these non-sampled respondents into the sampled respondents category. My predecessors have highlighted that the repetition of the same respondents for both Pilot study and Data collection is not acceptable at any cost.
