Dear All,
I have harvested rice seeds. I want to use for germination test. However the newly harvested seeds, need to be sterlize to free them from fungi and bacteria. Is there any method? Before sterlization do I need to rice seeds in sunshine or temperature? If yes how much time and temperature? Waiting for your respone.

1% sodium hypochlorite and some drop of tween 20 for 20 minutes. Then washed the seed with sterilized distill water at 3-4 times. Final put them in sterilized germination water them.
