my sample is small, can i reused the sample that already measured and get the uv on it???? for other test used can i??
You can use even a micro gram of sample to measure its UV
In general yes. But you need to ensure that the sample has not degraded by some other means (e.g., improper storage).
It is a non-destructive analysis if the sample is not reactive under UV light. You can recover the sample for other application and testing.
