My paper has been rejected from the journal of power source? Can i resubmit in this journal after improvement of paper according to reviewers comment. I have seen one option "Previously rejected submission: Response to Editor/Reviewer " In this journal.

If the journal allows resubmission you can. Just double check with them.
Jeetendra - yes, you can resubmit. Some journals ask you if you have submitted before. You just have to be truthful if this is the case. I have had articles successfully resubmitted to the same journal whereby this has been the case.
