i want to separate polar plant extract on Diaion and Sephadex LH-20 and i want to know can i re-use Diaion and Sephadex LH-20? if yes then what is the procedure?

yes you can. Just wash Diaion with acetone and MeOH and re-use it again. For Sephadex, run the column with MeOH for a short time and check the eluate by TLC. If no compounds, re-use it
