It depends. Usually, journals (especially rigorous and prestigious journals) do not accept papers that have been presented at conferences. However, some journals might accept it (you should ask the journal). I also suggest asking the conference officials if they are going to publish the conference papers (they might publish them in a journal).
if it was included into conference materials, no way - will be treated as published material. However, if you only made presentation - fell free to publish.
lets talk straight if paper was printed, you cannot publish it for the second time. If you just made a PRESENTation - then, of course, no problems with ny journal
I believe you can publish a paper after presenting it in a conference.
what you presented in the conference is an abstract it is a kind of summary of the paper or you can say part of the work because you can just take some part of the result and emphasis on it but publishing the paper itself is now given the full report of your work which will include the abstract you presented in the conference, more people can benefit from your work and people looking at your work will have broad understanding of what you are talking about , then they can criticize the work ,or continue the study from where you stop.
Yes, but only under certain conditions. For example, you should comply with conference rules which often require you to give them exclusive rights to your work, except for later presentation of your paper's results in classrooms or technical meetings, say, while still giving credit to the conference. And typically, if publication elsewhere is allowed by the conference, you should upgrade your paper to make it more worthy, substantial, and suitable as a journal article. Quite often the conference will publish your presented paper in their own conference proceedings or journal. If that is done, you should let it go at that and not try to publish your work in another journal.
If data is presented in the conference, and some conference only publish the abstract proceedings if abstract is there then also it can be published in other journal.
Yes, conference proceedings can be published in journal as well, provided it is the extended version of the work. So, you must probably add /extend the already presented work for good, reputed, high impact factor journal to accept your paper for publication.
A conference presentation is usually just a sub-set of the research conducted by the author/s. Hence, the publication of a full-fledged paper which takes into account much more than the narrow-focused abstract is publishable in peer-reviewed journals. If you wish to be clear then you can state in the acknowledgments where the research was presented.
