I have gone through some websites where bioassay results of certain compounds were mentioned in Nano molar concentration, i want those values in micro molar concentrations ,for further easy understanding. For eg : ic 50 value is 100000 nm concentration ,, this 100000 nm to be converted to micro molar.

Your question is rather confused. The statement 'ic 50 value is 100000 nm concentration' makes no sense as 100000 nm is a length (you're saying 100000 nanometers here), not a concentration. The symbol for moles is M and for meters is m.
IC50 (it's scientific to get the formulation correct) is expressed in molar concentration (i.e. mol/L). Nanomolar is 10-9 molar (M). Micromolar is 10-6 molar (M). Thus there's simply the difference of 1000 between the 2 scales.
A 1 nM (nanomolar in SI units) concentration = 0.001 μM (micromolar).
