I need to do the determination of the shunt et series resistance of the photovoltaic solar cell. I request some technical methods to get the open circuit voltage and short circuit photocurrent
I suppose You have in minde some simple model. Such as: photocurrent generator, shunt diode and two resistors. The resistors values are not first order problem for PV-cell model.
If you want to determine the solar cell equivalent circuit parameters from the measured Illuminated I-V curves, the photocurrent Iph, the open circuit voltage , the reverse saturation current Is , the series resistance Rs and the shunt resistance Rsh, you can refer to the paper:
in order to properly characterise things like solar cells, what you really need is the Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy Experimental Method. Measuring the electrical response, using the appropriate Electrical Impedance Analyser will give you all the parameters you require, inclusive open circuit/short circuit characteristics.
you can study the shunt and series resistance, open circuit voltage, short circuit current and capacitance voltage characterization of your PVC. I hope these may help
