Epoxy resin with aliphatic primary amine cross linker will cure the polymer at room temperature. Also, unsaturated polyester resin with methylethylketone as the initiator (1%); dimethylaniline (0.5%) and 6% cobalnaphthanate (0.2%) as cocatalysts also polymerizes at room temperature.
Yes, it is easy in case of aliphatic polymers, or even aromatic polymers cured by aliphatic agent (like Prof. Ishida proposes) but you should realize that such a network polymer will have a low softening temperature.
