I have a product which has the combination of 3 different microbials;

Paecilomyces lilacinus

Pochonia chlamydosporia

Bacillus aerius

Can I grow all in the same medium (ref. Potato Dextrose Agar) ?

If yes than how to identify different spp. ?

Any reference ?

With bacteria you can look at colour, colony shape and luster but to identify some species you will need to do a PCR.
