Can I get 5 rotundata varieties from Africayam for my project work?

I am currently studying Plant Breeding and Seed Technology (Post Graduate Diploma) at the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta and I am looking at working on "Comparative Study of Phenotypic Expression of White Yam Varieties under Aeroponics Condition".

I am expected to work with 5 rotundata varieties considering the following:

number of leaves - collected weekly for 12 weeks,

leaf length and width - collected weekly for 12 weeks,

petiole length - the distance between the stem and leaf,

tuber weight - at week 12,

tuber length per plant - at week 12,

tuber circumference - at week 12,

length of stem - collected weekly for 12 weeks,

seed yam viability test

days to emergence,
germination rate,
seedling length -
shoot and root,
seedling vigour
