I am recently working with Keratinocyte-SFM for RWPE-1 cells and I understood that after adding the supplements human recombinant Epidermal Growth Factor and Bovine Pituitary Extract the medium is only valid for one month (right?).

My question is: is it okay to add the supplements to the 500 mL bottle and then freeze it in different aliquots?
