Hello, thanks but I need the manufacturer's data sheet not a numerical estimation. I have found a panel close to what I need, I am gonna use MATLAB SIMULINK to get its curves from the library or the user defined method.
There are various multifunction measuring instruments on the market for verifying the I-V curves of photovoltaic panels, with them, you will be able to obtain what you need from any photovoltaic solar panel.
I wonder why you did not come and ask us. W are very near to you??
You can use any commertial panel with its I-V and P-V known.
You can get one cell parameters under standard test conditions.
Then you can construct your panel with the area and shape and area you intend
Since you connect the solar cells in series and assuming that your panel has N cells, then
the panel I-V curve will follow the relation:
I = Iph - Is ( exp (V+ N I Rs)/ N nVt ) - V /N Rsh
with Iph, Is, n,Rs and Rsh are the known model parameters that can be obtained by the method of curve fitting given un the book chapter:Chapter Solar cells and arrays: Principles, analysis and design
Then finally you can calculate the I-V and the P-V of your panel.
Summarizing:
Take any conventional commertial panel from its I-V curve get the five parameters of one cell from the panel.
The the above equation to calculate for your panel.
If you have the panel we have the measuring set up.
Thank you very much dear professor Abdelhalim abdelnaby Zekry ! I highly appreciate it!
I found what needed a month ago, I got a commercial PV from a Chinese website I guess. It matched the dimensions I needed and it had its electrical characteristics but I appreciate your detailed illustration.
