In this case, the same thing happens in education. The use of technological devices does not lead to improved processes. It all depends on the methodology and the learning process that is applied with it.
Cambridge Dictionary defines creativity as "the ability to produce original and unusual ideas, or to make something new or imaginative". The ability belongs to people not their computers; but computers could ease and speed up the process. They can also affect the results, quantitatively as well as qualitatively.

Dear Kehinde, Aryan , but some computer programs assist designer to increase his imagination ability to add some thing new , or to generate some idea that designer never thought before , so this is the issue ....thanx a lot for ur participation.
