I'm searching for a pharmaceutical partner working in a pharmaceutical company to share with me in further experiments to apply an excellent research result. In a previous work we synthesized a natural product found in Nigella seeds and tested for its antifungal activity in-vitro against thirty human pathogens isolated from patients, and in-vivo against vaginal candidiasis in immunosupprised mice. The microbiological and histological analyses were performed. We found a wonderful result, as this compound completely prevented the candida growth from the infected mice and save the vaginal tissue from hyperkeratosis as compared with the miconazole treated and control mice. I can't find any pharmaceutical company that can do the required complementary experiments for approving this compound as a pharmaceutical compound and for commercialization. This compound also has several positive effects, as it is natural, cheap, save, immunostimulator, and has other effects. I wish to find a partner pharmaceutical company that can share with me for more progress. This compound can be added in the tooth paste to control the S. mutans that causes tooth decay, in shampoo to save the scalp from malassezia, or to save the skin from any fungal infections.

I can assist you with filing and prosecuting patent applications in the U.S. The Research Academy may have this covered, but for your information, patents are only enforceable in the country in which they are filed. So if a patent application was filed in Egypt, any subsequent patent that issues will only be enforceable in Egypt. Depending on when the patent application was filed, you may still be able to obtain patent rights in other countries. Let me know if you have any questions or if I can help.

Yes, this process does have a cost and, depending on your business needs, filing patent applications many countries can be very expensive. However, if your business needs justify the expense, it is well worth it. I would recommend speaking with your Research Academy. I was a chemist earlier in my career and I guarantee you that chemistry is much more complicated than the law! Good luck!

Based on your text, I assume its active at nano or picogram level (as you suggest that it can be added in toothpaste)

The concentration is vary according to the target microorganism. the concentration is ranged from 0.2 to 1mg/ml in vitro experiments. However, this concentration can be changed in vivo experiments.
Ahmed, as far as my experience goes, 0.2-1 mg/mL would be a too ambitious concentration for a product development. I would like to advise you to purify or isolate a few active compounds and then take it to market (a pharma company).
Dear Rohitash, the high concentration of any pharmaceutical compound must be referenced to its LC50 value. So, the LC50 of my compound is so far and higher than this concentration.
