Hi Lindsay, and many thanks for answering my question.

Actually I want to do physical direct contact between these cells, and then I need to test different drugs in one cell and see the effect another cell as stimulant or suppressor of it after treatment. the point is these cells from different species will give any interaction with each other when co-culture with each as inside living cells when you want to transplants any tissue and the immune system reject the tissue!?
