I have grazing incidence X-ray diffraction patterns, but the axes are in pixels and not in vector q. Is it possible to convert these into vector q on the x and y axis within the program fit2d?

Dear Mike,
What do you mean as GIXRD? - We use GISAXS.
At not small-angle at XRD angles we use terms:- Bragg or Laue scheme.
Vector q is the same Theta [or sin(Theta)], but normalised to radiation length lambda; [ pi=3.14159... there is no greek letters.]
q=4(pi)*sin(Theta)/Lambda.
