It is known that FinFET transistor can be used for ultra low power applications. However, I didn't find any research had used this nanotechnology in the biomedical implant applications . is there any constrains that prevent us from implanting the FinFET transistors inside the human body?

The fin FET transistors are very scaled devices that may be more subjected to hot electron effects which may degrade their performance with time. Also, the circuits made from them suffer from degradation with time because of the device degradation. On the other side the devices used in medical applications specially those implanted must have very reliable under all possible operating conditions. When they reach the reliability grade of the implanted devices, they can be embedded in such devices. Semiconductors sporting FinFETs are comparably large devices (mainly DRAM IIRC). Highly integrated, powerful, at the same time requiring a considerable amount of electrical power.
Implantable medical devices in contrast have some "issues" regarding the power supply:
- If powered from primary batteries, minute power consumption is mandatory.
- Even if powered by accumulators and some kind of non-contact energy transfer, the power available is limited.
These constraints result in the fact that implantable devices are comparably small and simple. If significant computation power is required, this is easier achieved by some "off body" unit to implement the necessary calculations, wirelessly coupled with a comparably simple device that may act as some sensor and/or actor.
Thus there is currently simply no need to use FinFET semiconductors in implants.
