What should the dose be for s.c? Studies using rabbits adopt intravitreal injection.

Very interesting question! I'd love to know the answer. Could the "universal, nonspecific mesenchymal reaction"? be involved? If so, how is it mediated, what are the mediators, and what are the kinetics of the process?
