I want to make comparisons between temperatures and wind speed of different building heights above ground, so I need to know if envi-met can model this at e.g. 50m / 100m/ or maybe more ?
There is almost no building height limitation due to two height methods in software. But in high rise buildings, outside boundary dimension is very important.

Yes, this software could be useful in your case specially for wind speed, temperature and thermal comfort results. But you should consider that envi-met can not model the complex geometries( just boxes). I suggest Ansys Fluent for intricate and curve facades.
Of course I have not checked. This problem may have been fixed in the latest software version.

Plugins of ENVI-met, for example in Grasshopper, ultimately create the same simple geometry without any curvature or slope in surfaces.
