Can Envi-met model wind speed and temperature above 10m high? what is the max, building height I can use with envi-met?

I want to make comparisons between temperatures and wind speed of different building heights above ground, so I need to know if envi-met can model this at e.g. 50m / 100m/ or maybe more ?
