The last Monday, my assessor received these cells in a T-75 flask with RPMI media with 10% FBS and 1% antibiotic, but in the lab only have DMEM media, and we were culture the cells with this medium with 10% SFB and 1% antibiotic too.
Today, my lab partner tells me that the cells only grew in 30-40% of confluence, but we believe that the cells should be in more than 60-70% of confluence by now.
On Thursday, I changed the complete medium and my lab partner change the complete medium today.
The cells are incubated in 37 °C and 5% CO2
