B. Sphaericus (ureolytic) and Bacillus Subtilis (non ureolytic)has been used in crack remediation as it can precipitate Calcium carbonate in presence of nutrient.
For non ureolytic, Calcium lactate is a rich source to produce CaCO3 on cracks. Can Calcium Lactate work for Ureolytic bacteria e.g B. Sphaericus as well or not for producing CaCO3?
