Definitely, if designed properly and is including all important parameters related to human psychology and performance. After my experience with AI, especially working competitive as well as political environment, I am sure AI can help better than human prediction
AI is based on the how precise the training data is, how accurately the data used to train the model reflect the actual phenomenon in real context, and other several parameters. Human talent and psychology is very contextual according to human being, their nature. For example, a person can be very talented but a very bad team player, and low people skill. Decision on context like this are easier if done by human, but by AI, might be limited based on how the model is trained.
I am sure AI, can generate a high precision model provided the data is available, but my point being, there are several context, emotions, and other variables that we use to make decision when it comes to deciding if a human talent will be beneficial for a company or not. At the end of the day, a simple flowchart might be more deterministic or accurate than statistically insignificant models. This is my opinion.
artificial intelligence is designed can not replace human talent but can be used for specific tasks. if considering human error, artificial intelligence was designed by humans and can not be so perfect.
Artificial Intelligence can help the system to enhance the current scenario. If going for projecting human talents are impossible as of now as it requires several complex algorithm to evaluate it.Moreover our current era of computer technology is not sufficient to predict it accurately.
