Hi Everyone,
i am working on degradation studies for which i have to optimize different process parameters (atleast 12 factors).
Can anyone plz suggest me which one of these is the best and do i also need to carry out the single factor experiments as its reported that more than 4-5 factors cannot be studied using these designs? and how much maximum factors can I study by using these designs?

It depends upon your factors levels and feasibility of your experiments, in most of the times central composite design is better as per my knowledge.
