This is an emergent aquatic plant. Leaves of this plant are heterogeneous which are different under and above water. It is also having flower.

I want to make it clear that pictures are having two types of plants one is Elodea and second is unknown which i am inquiring about. These both plants are planted in same tub that's why there is little confusion.
