There are a lot of online open access journals which are not easy to evaluate because they are not published by universities, professional organizations and recognized publishers. If a journal truly got an impact factor it should be very easy to find out and usually reported by the journal. You may check the following to search for Journals that are indexed in ISI web of science, also you can find JCR reports to find  real impact factors for these journals.

Scimagojr can provide you the calculated IF, however it does not mean the journal is ISI indexed for which you need to confirm with below mentioned. Beware the many journals are highlighting self proclaimed IF, which are often misleading.

Here every body was telling about how they are calculating the Impact factor only.  No one give the correct impact factor of impact factor of the international journal of medical science and public health according to Thompson Reuters.

From this I have concluded there is no impact factor to this journal.
