Use either Fluent design modeler or external modeling softwares for modelling and for analysis use ANSYS Fluent.
Open Foam can also be used.(It is an open software)
If proceeding with fluent ,in order to simulate transient convection heat transfer make fluent solver to transient mode in 'setup' step.
In order to assign constant heat flux condition,use a 'named selection' for the appropriate surface.
