Can anyone tell me how to calculate the mean pixel intensity of all the patches in an image using GeoPIV_RG?

I am trying to calculate the artificial seeding ratio as presented by Stanier and White for a range of images with different texture densities in order to optimize texture. Any advise would be greatly appriciated.
