Can anyone suggest which type of sensor input signals are more critical in flying aero engines for on-board diagnostics? and high potential sensors for prognostics?

Generally sensor input signals are low or mV to 10 V in most technological applications. Therefore sensors arrangements to analyze failures or correlated architecture of different sensors are considered.
