My aim is to determine the differences between home and overseas Liberian graduates' (Bachelors, Masters & PhDs) unemployment, employability and underemployment in Liberia.
So can anyone suggest a scale(s) that simultaneously or separately measure graduates' unemployment, employability and underemployment?

Hi Titus,
Some of what you propose is easier to compare than other things you wish to explore. For example, when you wish to compare the difference between gradates from home and abroad, it will help to use comparable measures (e.g., unemployment rates measured in the same way).
However, on must be careful of selection bias in studies like these. Is it possible that students who studied abroad have different academic or personal attributes from the domestic students? My guess is they differ in many ways.
Perhaps an example will help. Consider students who go to college in the U.S. compared with their U.S. high school classmates who do not. Studies abound that suggest significantly different unemployment rates, crime rates, income levels, and many other factors. If a brighter and more talented group of students with a moral compass that waivers less tend to go to college more in the U.S., then it is challenging to attribute lower unemployment rates, higher income, and lower arrest rates to college degrees if in fact these individuals differed before they ever went on to college.

I would suggest using different measures to address those constructs. For example employability is distinct from employment. To illustrate this, imagine a person who has low employability, e.g. because they lack experiences and understandings that make them attractive in the labour market. They may have a job, but their future may be insecure - if they lose their job, they may struggle to find an alternative. By contrast someone who is currently unemployed because of redundancy but has high employability may be able to bounce back quicker from this set-back. Similarly under-employment may be experienced differently by those who are low or high in employability.
Using distinct measures would enable you to more effectively evaluate the inter-relationships between these constructs, and any others that you might be measuring. For example, in my own research I measured self-perceived employability, but also proactive career behaviours, which allowed me to examine which had greater impacts on peoples' sense of their own employability.
Ps: but any individual scale in particular for each construct?
