Can anyone suggest typical survey to evaluate the maturity of companies in terms of dashboards and performance management.
Much would depend on the nature of the performance to be managed and what dashboards are associated with that. Focusing on Project Metrics, available at https://www.researchgate.net/publication/238600580_Focusing_on_Project_Metrics, suggests that, in relation to projects (and many organizations are project-based), six parameters are always given weight in methodologies for project management. They are (i) time, (ii) cost, (iii) human resources, (iv) scope, (v) quality, and (v) actions. If a survey of (necessarily) different companies is envisaged, it might be helpful to design a questionnaire around these relatively obvious parameters, if only to have more confidence that the survey will attract responses.
