Hi Adam! Have you chose any specific area? For example, organizations of transport or agencies and tours operators?
In Brazil we have a federal law that is the beginning of a regulation and some specific initiatives in different areas. We also have been improving the methods of monitoring the tourism market to identify where more regulation is needed and where the regulation are ineffective.
Thank you for your answer. We are now commencing a project whose aim is to compare tour operators regulation across various European countries.
I would love to access your sources but I am afraid they are not in English, aren't they?. Still if you feel like cooperate make research or write somth about tourism regulation I am very open to it.
