I'm looking for techniques that allow me to assess the stability in SNNs. If they exist, can they be applied to any network topology? Furthermore, is it possible to use a criterion of stability for networks consisting of neurons that are not described by differential equations (e.g., SRM model)? Any suggestions are welcome.
