I am preparing chitosan nanofiber using electrospin machine. In that fiber forming chitosan solution but not deposit in the collector? I am using collector is aluminium foil. Pure chitosan using for making chitosan nanofiber.
Do you have a positive or negative power suply? Be sure that you have a negative one to deposit cationic polymers.

i tried different distance and changed chitosan concentration but not depositing

Chitosan fiber formation is quite different from synthetic polymers, its usually much slower due to the viscosity of the solution. Try to do electrsopinning for a around 15 minutes and then check the collector for fibers.
Well electrospinning pure chitosan is very challenging. However, to my knowledge, you should try to spin for at least 20-30 minutes to observe anything on the collector. Try 10-15 cm distance and vary the voltage.
