Can anyone suggest me how to suspend hydroxytyrosol rich ethyl acetate extract obtained from olive leaves?

I have extracted hydroxytyrosol rich fraction of olive leaves. further i have to administer this to rats. I have tried to suspend the same in DDW, 5% ethanol, and 5% DMSO in normal saline respectively but it not work for me. If anyone have any idea to dissolve the same ?
