I think it's most possible you mean the conductivity of your samples, since thickness plays a big role and only by using conductivity you will be able to make comparisons.
I am afraid I cannot help you by giving you a value of conductivity, it will depends of PANI type (emeraldine?doping?) and from the CNTs loading. Also the quality and type of the CNTs is very important. Are you also using a treatment after your film deposition?
Try to search all these parameters and make comparisons with literature, then you will be able to have a 'what to expect' value.
I agree with Eftychia about using better conductivity than current value. May be references cited in Introduction to our paper will be useful in the matter
