Can anyone suggest me a software for the oceanographic data analysis ? Thank you?

I'm interested on the analysis of several dataset of the Adriatic sea parameters (such us temperature, salinity, chlorophyll...) collected by me and my collegues during several years of monitoring campaingns, in particular we are searching a software able to offer us the possibility to study and represent with graphs the changing of the Adriatic sea parameters accross the years.
