Can anyone suggest me a best high-speed camera (>1000 fps at full resolution) under $7000?

I need it to record the turbulent flow at high speed of the fluidized bed systems. I believe the 1000 fps with full resolution and 10000 fps at reduced resolution would be decent enough. My budget is limited to around 7000 USD.

Please suggest.
