In some cases, this is important to analyze the critical 3d model of antenna or electromagnetic structure. Is there any process like CST in Ansoft HFSS to convert the 3D model of EM structure directly to its equivalent circuit diagram.
If CST can do such work, you can export the HFSS model as a SAT file, and then in the CST import the file to do numerical simulation. However, I don't think this automatically equivalent circuit is accurate. Such equivalent circuit just has the same network response whithin a frequency range with the 3D model, but it is not real equivalent circuit in many cases. The every elements in a real equivalent circuit and the relationship between the circuit elements should have clear phycial meaning, which is determined by the complicated EM coupling between the 3D structure and the incident EM wave.
If you have data for your exact figure, received from CST or HFSS, you can directly call the data in CST in different ways and form the structure, but it may possible that frequency relationship, mesh sizes, and other valid information has been lost. Best way to implement structure separately.
This is just suggestion to remove all erroneous calculations.
Thank you very much for your information. Can you suggest me some references for better understanding of impedance matching and equivalent circuit diagram analysis?
